Grocery Store Chains with Vegan Items
Both Metro and IGA grocers have recently introduced a Natural Foods section to their stores. You will find a good variety of Vegan food items such as cereals, breads, soy products, and frozen meals. They also now carry fresh organic produce in many of their stores.
There are presently 9 Loblaws stores on the island of Montréal. They carry their own line of Organic products among which are Vegan items. Their stores feature a Natural Foods section. Some of their stores carry Mon Cuisine frozen foods (many of which are Vegan).
There are also a number of local farmers’ markets here in Montreal that carry fresh produce and other Vegan food items.
